How do I access electronic resources from off campus? It’s easy! Don’t go searching for the log in page, the page will find you when it’s time to enter a user ID and password. Simply follow these 3  steps:

1. Visit library.upstate.edu and navigate the library web site as your normally would
2. When you click on a licences resource, a new page will open prompting you for a user ID and password. You do not need to look for this form, it will appear when credentials are needed.
3. Once you enter the proper credentials, the web site will take you to the selected library resource.

Upstate Students and staff with a Novell/Groupwise login- if you don’t know your ID or it’s not working, call the Computer Help Desk at 315-464-4115 to have it reset.
