Common sleep problems and treatments

Zafer Soultan, MDDragos Manta, MDZafer Soultan, MD, director of pediatric sleep medicine at Upstate, is joined by pulmonologist Dragos Manta, MD, co-director of the The Upstate University Hospital Sleep Center, to talk about common sleep problems in children and adults. Upstate’s Sleep Center, a specialized facility providing accurate diagnosis and recommending treatment of sleep-related problems, will be relocating to a new state-of-the-art facility in November. The center, which will continue to see patients 7 days a week, will double in size, increasing from to 6 to 12 beds, and three of  those beds will be reserved for pediatric cases – a specialty of the sleep center.
