Bill Cross, PhDBill Cross, PhD, will discuss somatic experiencing therapy, which is aimed at relieving and resolving the symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder and other mental and physical trauma-related health problems by focusing on the client’s perceived body sensations, or somatic experiences.  Cross is a New York state- licensed marriage and family therapist and an officer at the Zen Center of Syracuse, where he teaches conscious stress reduction.
