Darcy DibiaseUpstate’s Darcy DiBiase and software developer Eric Hinman unveil a new mobile web application, better known as “the Upstate App!”. The app serves as an extension of Upstate’s website by bringing information about their programs and services, and so much more, to the public on the go.
