1/29/12 Strong Women, Strong Hearts

Alicia Taylor, RNElizabeth Urban, RNCardiovascular nurses Alicia Taylor and Elizabeth Urban talk about a new health event in Syracuse called Strong Women, Strong Hearts.  The day will feature special presentations by Upstate Cardiologist Luna Bhatta and Upstate’s Heart Failure Coordinator Lorri Langdon, among others.  The event will also provide free health screenings, nutritional information with heart-healthy tastings, exercise information and classes, and stress-management presentations that will incorporate therapeutic massage, yoga, and meditation classes, as well as Reiki therapy.
