1/1/12 Humorist Jeff Kramer gets serious about his health
Humorist Jeff Kramer had a health scare over the summer that prompted him to remake his life and become healthier. He now is an avid bicyclist, and he has lost 60-ish pounds by eating right and exercising. He is sharing his story through Upstate in the ‘Upstate Health‘ publication and on the ‘What’s Up at Upstate’ blog.
